Refund policy

Perfumes are non - returnable products.

Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective. 

We have only one time replacement policy, If you don't like the fragrances. Replacement is eligible on order value ₹500 & above. Order value below ₹500 will not be replaced with any other perfumes.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned products. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. 

The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product.
